11110 1 IVILbi11110 1H 14 10 111 FA 1141 <br /> Seeks to amend the Zoning Code by adding the following language to HCC <br /> Section 25-2-42, Subsection (c). This section of code specifies the criteria and <br /> timing for the Planning Director to complete recommendations to the <br /> Commission for change of zone applications: <br /> "(4) The director shall prepare a report identifying all buildings, excluding <br /> existing buildings, that are legally permitted to be constructed on surrounding <br /> properties of which any portion is within one-quarter mile of the perimeter <br /> boundary of the subject property. The director shall transmit the report to the <br /> commission and the council prior to their respective consideration of the <br /> change of zone sought by the application. " <br />
