Our Chair is not available today and is excused. <br />So, we will start with calling the meeting to order at 10:00. We are meeting this is the Merit <br />Appeals Board, meeting at 101 (sic.) Aupuni Street, Suite 2, in Hilo, Hawaii. And I would like <br />to welcome in our Board members. Mr. Wiseman. <br />MR. WISEMAN: Thank you—here. <br />ACTING CHR. MATHEWS: Mr. Kunz. <br />MR.
