Hawaii Police Commission <br /> Special Meeting Agenda <br /> August 8, 2024 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Submitting Written Testimony: Written testimony may be submitted via email at <br /> Charisse.Correa@hawaiicounty.gov. by mail, or in person to the Police Commission's office at 101 <br /> Pauahi Street, Suite 9, Hilo, Hawaii 96720. Written testimony must be received by 12:00 noon, two <br /> business days before the meeting to ensure timely delivery to the Commission. <br /> Oral Testimony: Testimony must be related to an item on the agenda. The Commission will hear <br /> public testimony at the beginning of the meeting or when the respective agenda item is called or as <br /> allowed at the sole discretion of the Chair. Testifiers will be limited to five (5) minutes, please plan <br /> accordingly. <br /> Special Assistance: The in-person location for this meeting is accessible to persons with <br /> disabilities. If you need an auxiliary aid/service or other accommodation due to a disability, contact <br /> the commission's secretary by phone at (808) 932-2950 or by email at <br /> Charisse.Correa@hawaiicounty.gov as soon as possible, preferably three days before the meeting <br /> date.
