(01:51:50) CC.Kagiwada – “May need to go through mayors office.” <br />2. (01:51:15) Eric Gee asked “Can we use social media to put out official <br />stances on social media? Will it have to be put in out bylaws? Or is there <br />someone at the county level that will do that? <br />3. (01:52:35) Bobby Command said “based off of charter your job is to <br />advise the mayor. Read through the charter to see what your duty is as a <br />commission. We also do have a public information’s officer who can do <br />that” <br />a. (01:53:21) Eric Gee motioned to add it into talking points into <br />agenda into next meeting. ADJOURNMENT (02:12:13) <br /> <br />Submitting Testimony: Those wishing to testify in person must register with the Commission <br />Secretary at the meeting. Those submitting written testimony at the meeting should bring 10 copies for <br />distribution. Testimony may be submitted by (1) mail to Youth Commission c/o Office of the Mayor, 25 <br />Aupuni St., Suite 2603, Hilo, HI 96720; or (2) by email to. Please submit separate testimony for each <br />item. Copies will be distributed by the commission secretary at the meeting.
