Project Experience <br /> Table 1 lists select completed or active Tetra Tech projects that showcase our capabilities related to the selected scope of service categories.Additional information on <br /> each of these projects,as well as additional project examples,is available upon request. <br /> Table 1.Select Hawaii Project Experience <br /> Client(s) Project Name Description Period of <br /> Performance <br /> Private Sector Clients <br /> Tetra Tech is providing strategic planning and permitting support for the Waiawa Phase 2 Solar Plus Storage <br /> Project on the island of Oahu.The Project consists of an approximately 30-megawatt(MW)ground-mounted <br /> solar photovoltaic(PV)and battery energy storage system(BESS)and related interconnection and ancillary <br /> AES Clean Waiawa Phase 2 facilities.Tetra Tech is responsible for conducting or overseeing a wide range of due diligence studies and <br /> Energy Solar Plus Storage associated agency consultation, including biological resource surveys for vegetation and wildlife(including 2020 to present <br /> Project federal and state listed species),delineation of Waters of the U.S.(including wetlands),visual simulations,a <br /> glare analysis,an archaeological investigation,a cultural impact assessment,and a Phase I Environmental <br /> Site Assessment. In addition,Tetra Tech also provided support for the permitting process, including Land <br /> Use Commission approval and a Conditional Use Permit(minor). <br /> Tetra Tech is providing strategic planning and permitting support for the Mountain View Solar Plus Storage <br /> Project on the island of Oahu.The Project consists of an approximately 7-megawatt(MW)ground-mounted <br /> solar photovoltaic(PV)and battery energy storage system(BESS)and related interconnection and ancillary <br /> facilities.Tetra Tech is responsible for conducting or overseeing a wide range of due diligence studies and <br /> AES Clean Mountain View Solar associated agency consultation, including biological resource surveys for vegetation and wildlife(including <br /> Energy Plus Storage Project federal and state listed species),delineation of Waters of the U.S.(including wetlands),visual simulations,a 2020 to present <br /> glare analysis,a noise assessment,archaeological investigation,cultural impact assessment,and a Phase I <br /> Environmental Site Assessment. In addition, Tetra Tech also evaluated the regulatory requirements and <br /> developed a strategy permitting approach as needed to achieve the aggressive implementation schedule for <br /> the Project.Tetra Tech was responsible for preparing and submitting application for the necessary zoning <br /> approvals,including a Conditional Use Permit(minor)and zoning waiver. <br /> PAGE 7 <br />
