[It] <br /> TETRA TECH <br /> County of Hawaii-Statement of Qualifications for Fiscal Year 2025 J <br /> Client(s) Project Name Description Period of <br /> Performance <br /> Merr man's Tetra Tech prepared a County of Maui Variance Application requesting a variance from parking requirements <br /> Kapalua Merriman Parking for Merriman's Kapalua Restaurant located in Kapalua on the Island of Maui.Tetra Tech has also provided 2016 to 2017 <br /> Restaurant Variance support with an outreach strategy and a risk assessment,and will present the variance request before the <br /> Board of Variances and Appeals. <br /> Ho'opili and <br /> University of Hawaii Tetra Tech conducted environmental soil Investigations,including extensive multi-increment sampling(MIS) <br /> D.R.Horton and West Oahu Campus across a 2,132-acre site,to assess the property for presence of heavy metals(primarily to assess arsenic), <br /> University of Environmental organochlorine pesticides, and dioxin/furans. The project included several phases of investigation over a 2007 to 2012 <br /> Hawaii Investigation for period of approximately 3 years, and use of field bioassay test kits for a detailed dioxin study. The final <br /> Redevelopment of outcome was a finding of No Further Action by the HDOH,such that residential and university construction <br /> Agricultural Lands, could proceed. <br /> Oahu,HI <br /> Tetra Tech has been providing Environmental Support Services to Island Palm Communities LLC(formerly <br /> Army Hawaii Family Housing LLC)at over 23 neighborhood redevelopment sites located on various Army <br /> installations on the Island of Oahu,Hawaii.Installations include Aliamanu Military Reservation,Tripler Army <br /> Medical Center,Fort Shafter Military Reservation,Helemano Military Reservation,Schofield Barracks Military <br /> Reservation and Wheeler Army Airfield. <br /> Under a Master Services Agreement with Island Palm Communities that began in 2005,Tetra Tech has been <br /> awarded over 190 Task Orders with a cumulative contracted value of approximately $6.3 million. Tetra <br /> Tech's Environmental Support Services primarily involve site investigations,oversight,and remediation of soil <br /> Environmental impacted with pesticides that were previously applied at the Army installations. <br /> Island Palm Support Program at Examples of these services are: Soil characterization using a multi-incremental (MI) sampling approach; <br /> Communities Army Installations, Import and export material characterization and soil disposal profiling;Stockpile management;Development 2005 to present <br /> LLC Oahu of sampling and analysis plans, work plans, health and safety plans, soil management plans, summary <br /> reports, site closure reports, and programmatic documents; Risk and remedial assessments; Pesticide <br /> impacted soil management/excavation oversight; Provide hazard communication/awareness training for site <br /> workers; Long-term soil management planning and implementation including land use controls <br /> documentation;Technical discussions and input with government and regulatory agencies;Comprehensive <br /> underground storage tank (UST) removal services; Environmental Condition of Property, Record of <br /> Environmental Consideration,and Finding of Suitability to Transfer reports pursuant to Army and Residential <br /> Community Initiative's regulations and policies;Unexploded ordnance(UXO)surveys and clearance;Phase I <br /> and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments; Indoor air quality assessments;and, Hazardous materials <br /> surveys. <br /> PAGE 15 <br />
