Both phases involved conducting <br /> Pacific Missile Range detailed surveys to assess current conditions, and providing the best approach for invasive plant control <br /> Facility(PMRF) measures. <br /> National Oceanic <br /> &Atmospheric Tetra Tech prepared an EIS for the expansion of the Fagatele Bay Sanctuary from one isolated unit to six <br /> Administration National Sanctuary units across the archipelago. In developing the description of the Affected Environment, an extensive <br /> of American Samoa literature search of over 700 sources was conducted as well as interviews with dozens of stakeholders and <br /> (NOM),Office of NEPA Support government agencies to obtain critical information unavailable from published sources.Tetra Tech developed 2010 to 2012 <br /> National Marine <br /> Sanctuaries, and analyzed six project alternatives, reviewed federal and territorial regulations for consistency with the <br /> Kihei,Hawaii proposed action,and assisted NOAA with public hearings. <br /> PAGE 29 <br />
