A cover letter expressing Hawaii Alliance for Community-Based Economic Development's <br /> (HACBED) interest in providing such services, including the name of the firm, contact <br /> information including email address, the principal place of business, and location of all of its <br /> offices <br /> 2. Our cover letter also includes the age of the firm and its average number of employees over the <br /> past 5 years <br /> 3. HACBED's statement of qualifications (SOQs), including background description of the firm and <br /> related experience of key staff members; resumes of HACBED's key staff members are also <br /> included in the attached <br /> 4. A list of recent projects and the names of up to five clients who may be contacted, including at <br /> least two for whom services were rendered during the preceding year can be found in the SOQs <br /> 5.
