It was not unusual to need 5 or more SMPs a year <br /> at the station; this categorical SMP eliminated the need <br /> for individual qualifying project permits for a period of 10 <br /> years. <br /> PSI also presented at Neighborhood Board meetings, met <br /> with elected official, and attended city council meetings <br /> to gather input and develop project support. <br /> To reduce cost, the EA consolidated historic <br /> archaeological, natural resource, water quality, and other <br /> environmental information.
