I fYNI• e <br /> LIST OF REPRESENTATIVE RECENT PROJECTS <br /> Page 2 <br /> COMMUNITY PLANNING PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br /> r First Responder Technology Campus Development and <br /> Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement(EIS) <br /> Mililani, Oahu, Hawaii <br /> -�- SSFM provided comprehensive development management (project <br /> management, master planning, programming, civil and traffic <br /> design, land use planning and entitlements) for the $7.9M project to <br /> develop a First Responder Technology Campus (FRTC) on a 243- <br /> acre greenfield site owned by the State, Hawaii Technology <br /> Development Corporation (HTDC). The FRTC was envisioned to <br /> be a centrally located, state-of-the-art facility serving multiple <br /> Federal, State of Hawaii, and City and County of Honolulu (County) <br /> first responder agencies on Oahu. The wide range, size, and <br /> intensity of proposed uses for the property identified in the master <br /> plan required a HRS 343 Programmatic EIS to assess all potential <br /> project-related impacts and to identify any necessary mitigation <br /> measures. <br /> Estimated Construction Cost: $315-470 million <br /> Ewa Beach Master Plan and Environmental Assessment <br /> Ewa Beach, Oahu, Hawaii <br /> SSFM is preparing a master planning and environmental <br /> assessment for a new Hawaiian Homestead Community in Ewa <br /> Beach. The process of developing the Master Plan and EA includes <br /> beneficiary and stakeholder engagement, technical studies, a <br /> preliminary engineering report, and a beneficiary survey. As part of <br /> the project SSFM has conducted comprehensive outreach to <br /> beneficiaries on the DHHL Oahu waitlist as well as to the Ewa <br /> Beach community, elected officials, and Kapolei Hawaiian <br /> Homestead leaders. <br /> Cost: $424,256 (fees) <br /> East Honolulu Watershed Management Plan <br /> gitz Honolulu, Hawaii <br /> SSFM prepared this management plan that identifies critical water <br /> - ' issues and future demand scenarios for water use in East <br /> Honolulu. Recommended projects and strategies were developed <br /> with agency and community input to address issues and ensure a <br /> sustainable water supply for East Honolulu over the next 20 years. <br /> The project included four rounds of community engagement as well <br /> as consultation with community organizations and agencies <br /> working on watershed management and water quality in East <br /> Honolulu. <br /> Estimated Cost: $447,890 (fees) <br />
