The proposed dry dock would replace the existing Dry Dock(DD)3. PHNSY&IMF is located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam(JBPHH), Oahu, Hawaii. Mr. Stoll served as the GIS Manager and planner at the start of the project,working with various technical experts and the Navy to develop alternatives and developed figures and coordinated GIS and other data exchanges over the project.
