This <br /> involvement has helped us become familiar with the local issues and needs of the Island of Hawaii. <br /> As a "full-service" engineering firm, we are also capable of providing assistance in any other discipline should it <br /> become necessary for the successful completion of a project. Our general practice is to enhance the team with <br /> qualified local consultants by subcontracting various specialty services.
