<br /> interstate to add an additional through lane; ancillary safety improvements; installing a geosynthetic reinforced soil wall for slope
<br /> stability; and bridge widening. The project also required obtaining numerous design exceptions from FHWA; A+B contracting including
<br /> road user cost analysis; incentive/disincentive specifications; and coordination with landowners and lessees for construction parcels.
