<br /> the Hilo Wastewater Treatment Plant(WWTP) outfall. SE performed inspections on the outfall in 1987, 1990, 2001, 2005,
<br /> 2011,and 2012 and again in September of 2018. The inspection was conducted by a five-man dive team using SCUBA and
<br /> covered the submerged length of the outfall.

<br /> e. Tropical Storm Iselle hit the east side of Hawaii Island on August 7,2014. Concerns that the Hilo Harbor channel would be
<br /> compromised by sunken debris or other obstructions due to the effects of the storm,SE was contracted by AECOM/USACOE
<br /> to provide a hydrographic survey to verify that the channel was clear of obstacles.Two survey engineers completed the survey
<br /> mid-morning the day after the storm,and the results were communicated to the USACOE_POH.The Harbor was immediately
<br /> re-opened.
