<br /> Raimi + Associates has expertise in preparing zoning codes, subdivision codes, design standards and
<br /> form-based districts as part of comprehensive code updates, master plans, and general plan updates. Our
<br /> team has a deep understanding of the development review process, from creating policies in General and
<br /> Master Plans, to developing codes and guidelines, to working on master plans and building design
<br /> projects. Several staff are trained in architecture who can evaluate draft standards in terms of how they
