The community-driven process is intended to result in a new <br /> New Delhi, India long-range General Plan that preserves the unique characteristics of the City <br /> while creating a more prosperous and sustainable Thousand Oaks. TO2045 is <br /> EXPERIENCE intended to address the issues of preserving the City's small-town character and <br /> Raimi + Associates, Los Angeles, CA beloved open space,strategically siting targeted growth, while maintaining levels <br /> Vice-President, 2019 - Current of expected public services and economic prosperity. <br /> Principal, 2017 - Current <br /> • Palmdale General Plan Update(Palmdale,CA) <br /> The Arroyo Group, Pasadena, CA Simran was the Principal-in-charge and project manager for the Palmdale <br /> Principal, 2005-2017 General Plan Update project, which was recently adopted after extensive <br /> Senior Associate, 2000-2005 community engagement over 3 years. The City of Palmdale is positioned to draw <br /> Associate, 1995-2000 new residents, employees, and visitors with planned employment growth and <br /> infrastructure investments. The Plan includes economic development strategies <br /> AFFILIATIONS & and a "place-based"approach to urban design and placemaking. <br /> CERTIFICATIONS ■ Ventura General Plan Update(Ventura,CA) <br /> American Institute of Certified Simran is working on the update of the Ventura General Plan and the <br /> Planners preparation of new zoning districts to implement the proposed land use <br /> American Institute of Architects, designations. Project includes extensive community engagement, including a <br /> Associate Member diverse General Plan Advisory Committee, pop-up workshops, focus groups, <br /> stakeholder interviews, and public workshops. <br /> Licensed Architect, India <br /> • Beaumont General Plan Update and Zoning Code(Beaumont,CA) <br /> California Planning Roundtable, Simran led the General Plan 2040 which establishes a vision for Beaumont and <br /> Member& Past Vice-President, its sphere of influence over the next several decades.
