<br /> Raimi+Associates Plan provides a vision and detailed guidance on preferred land uses,multi-modal
<br /> Berkeley, CA transportation improvements,and objective design standards for the corridor over
<br /> Associate, 2017-present the next 20-to 30-years to transform El Camino Real from a series of automobile-
<br /> oriented strip malls to a tree-lined,pedestrian and transit-oriented corridor with
<br /> PMC/Michael Baker International a mix of uses.

<br /> 2014-Aug 2017 Led a poject for the City of San Buenaventura to create several form-based code
<br /> housing overlay zones for sites that needed to be rezoned to implement the City's
<br /> City of Emeryville, Planning recently adopted 6th Cycle Housing Element. The new housing overlay zones build
<br /> & Building Dept off of the City's past form-based codes, improve their objectivity, and address
<br /> Emeryville, CA challenges that have occurred with implementation of these codes in a manner
<br /> Long-Range Planning Intern that allows the overlays to be applied in other parts of the city.

<br /> • Palmdale Zoning Code Update(Palmdale,CA)
<br /> University of California Berkeley Drafted a comprehensive update to the City's Zoning Code in conjunction with the
<br /> Berkeley, CA recently adopted Palmdale 2045 General Plan. The updated code implements the
<br /> Graduate Student Instructor land use patterns,particularly mixed-use zones,and the development framework
<br /> 2011-2013 established in the General Plan.As part of the effort, R+A also drafted bilingual
<br /> user manuals for Fences/Walls, SB9, ADUs, and Multi-Family and Mixed-Use
<br /> Greenbelt Alliance Developments to help users navigate aand understand code requirements.

<br /> Planning Intern Led a comprehensive update to the City of Indio's zoning and sign codes. The
<br /> 2010-2011 code focuses on implementing the recently adopted General Plan, modernizing
<br /> Accenture allowed uses, creating development standards that encourage economic
<br /> Washington D.C. revitalization and high-quality infill and mixed-use development, and ensuring
<br /> IT/Management Consultant consistency with new State legislation. The new Unified Development Code is a
<br /> 2005-2010 stand-alone interactive PDF document that includes objective design standards
<br /> for singe-family, multifamily, and mixed-use development with accompanying
<br /> design diagrams and graphics.
