<br /> and urban design. She has a diverse background working for local governments
<br /> i across California, creating design and visioning studies, developing innovative policy
<br /> solutions, and coordinating inclusive and targeted community engagement. Melissa
<br /> L. has experience working on projects ranging in size from comprehensive general plan
<br /> updates to small scale community vision plans.
