I am <br /> interested in performing professional services for the County. I am applying for <br /> inclusion in the Community Planning Land Ude Hearing Officer and Mediation <br /> Services. I have worked as a Judge hearing many trials and motions and was <br /> required to apply the law to facts as uncovered during these hearings. At the <br /> present I also serve as a Labor Arbitrator through the Hawaii Labor Relations <br /> Board. I have been selected as a Hearing Officer in prior matters. <br /> I also worked for many years as an Attorney in both the Private and Public <br /> Sectors all these skills are utilized in an investigation that is undertaken in a <br /> specific area. I enclose a copy of my resume for your consideration.
