He Chapter <br /> has also assisted with obtaining a Minor Modification to a Plan Review Vice-President (2024-present); Programs <br /> Use (PRU) Permit for the Mixed-Use Housing Project at the University Committee Co-Chair (2017-2023); and <br /> of Hawai`i at Mama Campus, as well as various land use entitlements Executive Committee Member(2017-present)Mama <br /> for parks, church facilities and university campuses on Oahu,Maui,and <br /> Kaua`i, including a recent Zoning Amendment for Kaua`i Community <br /> College. <br /> Mr.Nakai transitioned from a career in language education,and received <br /> his master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of <br /> Hawai`i at Mama, with a focus on issues of equitable and sustainable <br /> food systems policy and planning. <br />
