(SOH) is pleased to respond to the County of Hawaii, Department of Public Works, <br /> (DPW), Notice to Provide Professional Services, Fiscal Year 2024-2025, to provide Community <br /> Planning (Public Access Planning) services to support County of Hawaii, Planning Department projects. <br /> SOH wishes to be considered for the following category of service: <br /> PL.9) Community Planning (Public Access Planning) <br /> The SOH staff of 16 includes three (3) registered professional engineers, six (6) Hawaii Licensed land <br /> surveyors; two (2) Land Court surveyors, 1 LEED AP certified engineer, and experienced field survey, <br /> laser scanning, and GIS teams. SOH consultants provided civil engineering consultant services for the <br /> following planning and scheduling phases of these projects. <br /> • Kaloko Heights -Provided civil engineering,planning, and scheduling phase to include project <br /> management, coordination with County and State agencies <br /> • Kohanaiki Shores Golf Course Maintenance Facility - Reviewed and approved prior to issuance <br /> of Certificate of Occupancy,parking paved and striped, landscaping installation and <br /> maintenance, lighting fixtures compliant with Chapter 14, Article 9, accessible parking spaces <br /> designed and installed according to Federal and State requirements <br /> • Maniniowali Consolidation of Phase 1-Services included preparing a subdivision map reflecting <br /> the consolidation of Maniniowali Phase 1 Lots 20-A,22 & 23-A, required by Department of <br /> Planning, County of Hawaii, and staking of the re-subdivided lots <br /> • Kona Village—Master planning services for the entire resort infrastructure as it seeks to rebuild <br /> and restore the resorts iconic Hawai`i Island status.
