Hawaii Police Commission <br /> Regular Session Minutes <br /> July 19, 2024 <br /> Page 8 <br /> • Complaint in the non-acceptance category: <br /> o HPC 24-24: Commissioner Lacerte motioned to accept the chair's decision to <br /> decline the investigation for failure to comply with the Police Commission's Rules of <br /> Practice and Procedure (Rule 6). Commissioner Tavares seconded, with no <br /> discussion, and it carried unanimously. <br /> • Correspondence <br /> o Correspondence No. 24-17, request for reconsideration: Commissioner Tavares <br /> made a motion to sustain the Commission's decision to not consider the complaint <br /> based on the requirements of the Police Commission Rules, Rule 6(c)(4) as was <br /> made by the Police Commission meeting at its previous meeting. Seconded by <br /> Commissioner Lacerte, with no further discussion, and it carried unanimously. <br /> Chair Robinson asked if any commissioner wanted to reconsider that decision <br /> based on the request for reconsideration.
