PRESENTATION: <br />a. None on September 17, 2024. <br /> <br />6. NEW BUSINESS: <br />a. Discussion and Decision Making: Draft GMAC 2024 First Quarter Report <br />to Mayor Roth and County Council, Commissioner Robert Duerr. <br />b. Discussion and Decision Making: Draft GMAC 2024 Second Quarter Report <br />to Mayor Roth and County Council, Commissioner Leomana Turalde. <br /> <br />7. COMMISSION REPORT: <br />a. Regulations Affecting Keauhou Bay and Logistical Issues, and Potential <br />Solutions, Commission member Robert Duerr. <br />8. NEXT MEETING AGENDA ITEMS: <br />a. Open Forum: Public comments on issues not on the current agenda for <br />consideration for GMAC’s agenda at the next meeting. <br />b. Commission members discussion to add any other items on the agenda for <br />the next meeting. <br /> <br />9. ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br />a. Next meeting will be on October 15, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. <br />25 Aupuni Street, Puna Conference Room, #1501, Hilo, HI 96720. <br />b. Open Forum: Public’s opportunity to announce matters in the County. <br /> <br />10. ADJOURNMENT: 11:00 AM <br /> <br />Executive Session: This Commission anticipates it may convene in one or more executive <br />sessions regarding the above matters listed on the agenda, pursuant to HRS Sections 92-4 and <br />92-5 (a)(4), for the purpose of consulting with the Board’s attorney on questions and issues <br />pertaining to the Commission’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. A two-thirds <br />(2/3) vote pursuant to Hawai‘i Revised Statute Section 92-4 is necessary to hold an executive <br />session.
