APPROVAL OF MINUTES for May 15, 2024 and August 7, 2024— Motion to <br /> approve minutes by Andrew, Second Christina—All in favor YES <br /> IV. TREASURER'S REPORT <br /> A. Approval of Treasurer's Report - No formal report, Andrew provided verbal <br /> overview. No expenditures so far for this year. Farrah motioned to approve <br /> verbal report, Kahea 2nd all in favor. 11:53am. <br /> V. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC - None <br /> VI. CORRESPONDENCE — Event in August, Voter Education Booth Shana received <br /> a thank you letter to share with CSW on this event. <br /> VI1. REPORTS <br /> A. Hawaii State CSW (HSCSW) liaison report— CSW on Oahu is moving forward <br /> with interviews for a new Executive Director. Clarification was provided on open <br /> positions statewide and process to fill them. <br /> B. Family Violence Interagency Committee (FVIC)— Christina attended West <br /> Hawaii, Vigil is set for 10/11 at St. Michaels Church on Alii Drive. CFS will plan <br /> much of the event. Shana attended from Hilo they are still discussing specifics <br /> of Hilo Vigil. Inha will report back to CSW on attending community meetings. <br /> VIII. NEW BUSINESS <br />
