It does not have enough protections for our big island <br />community. There has been rampant deployment of towers and antennas in Hawaii and there are no experts on 5G <br />technology involved. The Planning Director’s Ordinance has no provisions to protect us and it allows towers at such <br />places as playgrounds, schools and day care centers. Please consider Council Member Cindy Evans different <br />ordinance (Bill 194) which has requirements to protect the health and welfare of the people. <br />Mahalo, <br />Julie Stowell <br />
