This is an UNFAIR proposition. <br />Council Member Cindy Evans has already put Bill 194 for consideration, and Bill 194 <br />would allow that proper input. It is written clearly and fairly, protecting both the health <br />of people and the pocketbook of the cell phone and associated companies. <br />Protections for our community are important because there are many true stories of <br />health problems from 5G instruments. Our beautiful island paradise should NOT be <br />subjected to such health devastation. <br />Council Member Evans submitted her bill on August 20. Why would the Planning <br />Director then suddenly come up with a bill over Labor Day weekend Aug 31 -Sep <br />1 ??? Who appointed Zendo Kern? Is it time to re -call him???
