The wording in the General Plan is one sentence that starts with the word <br /> "Ensure", There is nothing substantial, as I do not see any research for the past 100 yrs. <br /> to all the violations against native Hawaiians' access rights in this Plan. One sentence <br /> reflects no effort, no studies, no statistics, no solutions, no mention about what <br /> "experts" will oversee &track violations. What monies did the native Hawaiians receive <br /> for these violations?The very few areas native Hawaiians are mentioned are minuscule, <br /> weak, &just an attitude of "why should we care?" 4. References to climate change is <br /> offensive since you provide no proof,just words. There are thousands of scientists from <br /> the late 1950s to the present unequivocally state "there is no climate change" they <br /> even signed an Agreement. Changes in the weather are natural earth cycles a cleaning <br /> mechanism for the earth. Since the Plan references "climate change" I demand <br /> scientific proof for those claims & more details for "green". I know that is a business <br /> model to make money&the government passes laws for "green" enabling companies <br /> to sell "green". I do not want Hawaii County officials to be making false statements <br /> over, &over again until a lot of people start to believe those false statements. I demand <br /> clarification & proof of what you state in this Plan. <br /> I believe this plan was not the product of Hawaii County residents who care. <br /> Mahalo for your time &efforts as I believe you are good people. Please continue to be <br /> that good person as we all need to depend on each other to survive.
