Rota: But yeah, but they usually don't, the way that the kitchen, the demonstration area is like where we host most of our events in, is pretty rare but you know I'm anticipating things that could potentially happen. So, I think we should license like the way that the space is set up, there's no clear divider between 104 and 105 once you get passed that demonstration kitchen area. So, I think it might be better to license both sides just in case, whatever you're most comfortable with, though. You know, I think some people have been in to see the space, and it's a unique space. Rota: Yes, it's just above Home Depot, actually we had a nice orange glow during sunset time from the Home Depot sign, but it's the former Spoon Shop, if anyone knows where the Spoon Shop was. Espejo: When do you propose to open? Rota: The retail side is open now, and we've been doing dinner events, we just don't have a liquor license, so we were able to open it up February of 2024.
