Bethany Morrison, County Planning, and Kendra Obermaier, County Research <br /> and Development, led the planning effort. Amy DeBay (Focused Planning Solutions) and Kitty Courtney <br /> (Tetra Tech, Inc.) provided technical support in developing the plan framework, risk and exposure <br /> analysis, and Climate Cascade Mapping Tool. The Climate Action Working Group contributed to <br /> development and review of the plan. Members of County departments reviewed the actions.
