Also, please be clear about who these private entities are that you <br /> want to collaborate with so this is more transparent. <br /> "Community Engagement Continuously engage residents and stakeholders in the decision- <br /> making process." <br /> CONCERN: The community deserves to know who "Stakeholders" are and EXACTLY what they <br /> have stake in.
