Members of the public wishing to participate may either attend in person, giving oral or <br /> written testimony, or may submit written testimony prior to the meeting's commencement. <br /> To ensure timely delivery of your testimony to the Commissioners prior to the meeting, please <br /> submit written testimony no later than 12:00 noon two business days prior to the meeting, by(1) <br /> email to ponctestimony(a-)-hawaiicounty.gov, (2) by mail to PONC Commission at 25 Aupuni <br /> Street, Suite 1101, Hilo, Hawaii 96720, or(3) by fax to (808) 961-.8248 attention PONC <br /> testimony. Testimony may also be provided either in writing or orally at the in-person meeting. <br /> All written testimony, regardless of time of receipt, will be made part of the permanent record. <br /> Please submit separate written testimony for each agenda item, clearly identifying each agenda <br /> item the testimony addresses. <br /> Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service, or other accommodation due to a disability, <br /> please contact the Property Management Division at(808) 961-8069 and/or <br /> PONC@hawaiicounty.gov as soon as possible.
