Let's work to create a plan that is not an ICLEI /Agenda 30 cookie cutter, imposed from above by a <br /> global entity, but one from the people who live here, one that supports the never mentioned <br /> homeowners, and not just the mysterious stakeholders. <br /> I am also disturbed that the District of Hilo was not represented in the Community Development <br /> Planning process.
