John Metzler asked that I reach out to you to set <br /> up a meeting to discuss the access issues for TMK (3) 6-3-024:027. 1 have reviewed the background <br /> report on the project including your letter dated March 23, 2023. We would like to discuss <br /> engineering solutions to the issues you raised. In speaking with John, he has indicated that the <br /> project can be redesigned so that only one access for the proposed commercial development is <br /> required. He is also willing to provide sidewalks and bicycle lanes meeting DOT specifications. <br />
