Comi n, I.4..051. <br /> Timeline for'25 Stewardship Grants <br /> Current <br /> • Commissioners have received the grant applications and can begin reviewing them. <br /> • Property Management is reviewing applications and preparing preliminary reports. <br /> November 8, 2024 <br /> • Property Management will provide a summary of reports and scoring sheets to <br /> commissioners. <br /> November 15, 2024(Noon) <br /> • Scoring sheets due to Property Management. (these scores are PRELIMINARY and <br /> can be revised during/after the November meeting) <br /> November 18, 2024—PONC Meeting in Kona (9:00 AM) <br /> • 20-minute Q&A session between the commission and each applicant. Property <br /> Management will notify applicants of their scheduled times, and the list of <br /> applicants with their respective Q&A times will be agendized for this meeting <br /> • After Q&A, commissioners will discuss the applications, no further discussions with <br /> applicants during this time. <br /> • Commissioners may vote on applications during this meeting if enough information <br /> is available, or they may defer voting to the January meeting if more information is <br /> needed. <br /> • Vote for Chair and Vice Chair for the upcoming year. <br /> November 22, 2024 <br /> • Commissioners' questions or clarification requests for applicants are due to <br /> Property Management. <br /> November 27, 2024 <br /> • Property Management will forward all questions or clarification requests to <br /> applicants. <br /> December 20, 2024 <br /> • Deadline for applicants to submit final information requested by commissioners or <br /> required by Charter/Code to Property Management. <br /> i <br /> PONC 2025 Stewudship Grant Timeline 10.07.2024 <br />
