APPROVAL OF MINUTES: August 20, 2024 <br /> Action: Motion made by R. Duerr to approve August 20, 2024 minutes as circulated. Seconded by <br /> L.Turalde. Under HRS 92-3 Sunshine Law—GMAC may <br /> remove any person who willfully disrupts this meeting and all persons appearing in front <br /> of GMAC are reminded to conduct themselves in a courteous manner.
