Discussion and Decision Making: Draft GMAC 2024 Second Quarter Report to Mayor <br /> Roth and County Council, Commissioner Leomana Turalde. <br /> LT: I have my draft in the email but I will hold mine's off so we can do it at the same time <br /> with the first and second quarter report, having matching outlines and structure to our <br /> reports to mayor and the County Council. <br /> 7. COMMISSION REPORTS: <br /> a. Regulations Affecting Keauhou Bay and Logistical Issues, and Potential Solutions, <br /> Commission member Robert Duerr. <br /> RD: So essentially this is a report that was chaired by Natalie Reynolds but getting with <br /> Natalie she said that in fact she's resigned. She didn't have time for it. So, Cortney and I <br /> worked together to put it together. I put the report into Barbara, and I think the <br /> protocol is the report gets put in the first month, the second month it's on the table for <br /> discussion and then it comes back the third month for approval or a voter approval or <br /> denial. In the report, essentially is, the bottom line is Keauhou is a really crowded <br /> situation and fishers are being pushed out of the bay essentially by a tourist industry <br /> 23 <br />
