Can you please describe your business? <br /> <br />Garson: So, it’s going to be a neighborhood grocery store in North Kohala, and Puna <br />Plantation is purchasing those assets and wanting to ensure sort of this continuing <br />operation of the grocery store for North Kohala. <br /> <br />Nishimoto: Have you received the application report? <br /> <br />Garson: Yes, we have. <br /> <br />Nishimoto: Are there any changes to the report? <br /> <br />Garson: No there aren’t. <br /> <br />Nishimoto: Any public testimony? <br /> <br />There was no public testimony. <br /> <br />Nishimoto: Seeing there are none. Commissioners, any discussion or questions? <br /> <br />Greenwell: KTA does a good job in Waimea, I think it’s positive that they’re going to <br />take over Takata store in Kohala.
