Seconded <br />by Ms. Ugalde and carried by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Carvalho, Kahawaiolaa, <br />Kahui, Kanuha, Melrose, Middlesworth, <br />Siracusa, Poindexter and Ugalde. <br />Noes: None. <br />Absent: None. <br />Election of Vice Chair <br />MS.
