PROJECTED CONDITIONS <br />TRIP GENERATION <br />To complete a Traffic Impact Analysis for the proposed development, the number of trips <br />expected to be generated by the planned facilities must be determined. The number of trips <br />generated by the development during average weekday peak hours is based on the land use <br />type and size of the building. The land use for Multifamily Housing (Low-Rise) (220) from <br />Ʒŷ <br />Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) ƩźƦ DĻƓĻƩğƷźƚƓ ağƓǒğƌͲ ЊЊ 9ķźƷźƚƓ was selected for <br />trip generation purposes. <br />The Table below shows a summary of the net trips generated by the proposed development <br />land use. <br />Trip Generation Volumes <br />Size Weekday A.M.
