Without this legislation big telecom can do whatever they <br />want. No one wants a tower in their neighborhood. Right now they are popping up <br />everywhere. They reduce property values and cause health effects. Permit <br />requirements like these are necessary for the safety and protection of our <br />communities . <br />The adverse human health effects from cell phone towers are numerous and well <br />documented.
