From: susan hioa
To: WPCtestimony
Subject: late testimony today Bill 194
Date: Thursday,October 31,2024 12:20:58 PM
dear Council members
thank you for all you do.
i wish to testify my support for bill 194.
we are electromagnetic beings, energy at our core and increased proliferation of cell towers cannot be beneficial to
us as it effects our energetic core.
we believe ourselves to only be these physical bodies that walk/talk/eat/do and of course we do all these things but
only because by the well being of our energetic core selves.
if we did not have such huge emotional accumulations nothing would bother us but the fact is we all walk around
burdened to the marrow with emotional accumulations,of unexpressed emotions frozen within us that need
releasing.
we were all children once and the health of a child is how freely it's able to express itself in the moment. but how
often were we as children shushed? how many times were we not allowed to cry it through because it was somehow
inappropriate as deemed by our parents, teachers and culture.
and through the years how many times did we have to mute ourselves to self expression? thousands, millions,
billions. and that all still sits in us,creating blocks that prevent healthy flow of energy. then to be bombarded by a
form of energy that is not natural or compatible to us only further weakens our already stagnant states, adding to the
burden.
our heart and gut system is always the first to be affected.
unless we are each already doing plenty of emotional clearing or are prepared to,i would strongly suggest we slow
or even halt the proliferation of these energy towers if we are to stay in reasonable health. these bodies are
appendages to our soul and there is a limit to how much it can withstand.
thank you for your attention.
sincerely
susan higa
wailuku,maui
