Written testimony must be received by 12:00 noon, two <br /> business days before the meeting to ensure timely delivery to the Commission. <br /> Oral Testimonv: Testimony must be related to an item on the agenda. The Commission will hear <br /> public testimony at the beginning of the meeting or when the respective agenda item is called or as <br /> allowed at the sole discretion of the Chair. Testifiers will be limited to five (5) minutes, please plan <br /> accordingly. <br /> Special Assistance: The in-person meeting is accessible to persons with disabilities.
