Takase: Madame Chairman, the applicant mailed 6 out of 6 notices within 100 feet, <br />72 out of 72 notices within 500 feet, and 1 notice to condominium or cooperative <br />apartment manager. There were 70 properties entitled to protest, we received no <br />protests to this application. <br />Nishimoto: Thank you. Commission, discussion, questions? <br />There was no discussion by Commissioners. <br />Takase: Where are you with the Building Department? <br />Thompson: Not very far. <br />Takase: Did you make any changes to the structure? <br />Thompson: No. I sent them everything that I send you guys, and it got rejected <br />because it wasn't official enough. It's a very old building so the property owners didn't <br />have a bunch of drawings on it.
