25 01 <br /> ARTICLE 13. FISCAL YEAR <br /> The fiscal year of the Corporation shall be such as may from time to time be established by <br /> resolution by the Board of Directors. <br /> ARTICLE 14. CONSTRUCTION AND DEFINITIONS <br /> Unless the context requires otherwise, the general provisions, rules of construction, and <br /> definitions in the Hawaii Nonprofit Corporation Act shall govern the construction of these <br /> Bylaws. Without limiting the generality of the above, the masculine gender includes the <br /> feminine and neuter, the singular number includes the plural, and the plural number includes the <br /> singular. <br /> ARTICLE 15. AMENDMENTS <br /> These Bylaws may be adopted, amended, or repealed by a majority vote of the entire Board of <br /> Directors. <br /> ARTICLE 16.
