President, - The President shall be the principal officer <br /> of the organi7,ation. In general , the President shall oversee the <br /> business and affairs of. the organization . The President shall be <br /> an ex-o,fficiO member of all committees and shall preside over all <br /> bu,s,ines,s, meetings of the members and the: Board of Directors.
