HALL $ 20 <br />Class Information <br />AGE: Must be 55 years of age and older to participate. <br />FACILITY RULES: Service animals are welcome. Comfort animals and pets are not permitted on County <br />Premises. Please refrain from bringing children/minors to classes. <br />ENROLLMENT: Registration will be closed when the class limit is met. Class size is dependent on room size and <br />student/teacher ratio. You will need an Elderly Activities Division Senior Identification card to participate in <br />activities. If you do not have an identification card please call the ERS office to schedule an appointment. ERS <br />Release of Cla i ms/Emergency Information Form must be completed prior to starting activities. <br />WINTER REGISTRATION: General public registration will start Monday, Dec 16, 2024 @ 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM <br />at the Keaau Community Center. Registration will continue through Friday, Jan 17, 2025 at Keaau Community <br />Center. NO REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER Jan 17. PLEASE, NO REGISTRATION BY TELEPHONE. <br />Register by writing your name, telephone # & email address on the class Registration sheet. Payment will be <br />collected when classes begins. Pre -registration for each class will be available prior to the end of Fall Qtr. for <br />students currently enrolled in the class. If you decide to drop the course before the 2nd class, please call the <br />ERS office at 966-5801 & "no shows" will be removed from the attendance after the 2nd class. <br />SPRING QUARTER: Registration will begin Monday, March 24, 2025 and end on Friday, April 11, 2025 with <br />classes beginning on Monday, March 31. Pre -registration for students currently enrolled in a course will be on <br />the last days of class in the Winter Quarter. No pre -registration by telephone. <br />CLASS COST: Participants will be required to pay a registration fee per class. The CURRENT CLASS fee is <br />$20.00 for the entire session whether it's 8, 9, or 10 classes and will collected at the first and second class. The <br />monies will be used to support all ERS programs and activities. No refunds after the second class. Do not pay <br />at the office. Please pay in class. If paying with cash please bring exact amount. Make checks out to: County <br />Director of Finance. Credit Cards are not accepted. <br />Services and opportunities to participate in Elderly Recreation programs are provided to persons 55 years or older without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, disability or religion.
