Without this legislation big telecom can place a tower where <br />ever they want. No one wants a tower in their neighborhood without their knowledge <br />or consent. Right now they are popping up everywhere. They cause health effects <br />especially 5G. Permit requirements like these are necessary for our safety and <br />protection of our neighborhood.
