I have a UN-recognized functional impairment called EMS/EHS (electromagnetic <br />sensitivity/electro-hyper sensitivity) and so do millions of others like me. We have had to move repeatedly at <br />our own expense due to this ceaseless rollout of technology known to be harmful to all biological life. We <br />NEED safe spaces to live and thrive, wildlife and plants also need this. The evidence of harm is well <br />documented, ubiquitous exposures are criminal. We must have legislation to protect our health!! <br />Other reasons to support this bill.... because regulating cell towers and antennas is necessary to protect us from <br />their uncontrolled deployment, it reflects what we, the people, want. Without this legislation big telecom <br />can do whatever they want. After the devastating fires on Maui legislation like this is necessary to protect <br />our homes and businesses. Cell towers have caused large, damaging wild fires in California and other <br />states. Bill 194 contains requirements to prevent fires. No one wants a tower in their neighborhood <br />without their knowledge or consent. Right now they are popping up everywhere. They they reduce <br />property values and cause health effects.
