CHANGES IN PROJECT FROM 2023. <br /> • Pool has been reduced in size and limited to SW corner of property. <br /> • All parking is now provided in a garage beneath building. <br /> • Bike racks have been added. <br /> • Paved drop off area provided on property along Alii Drive. <br /> • Top floor eliminated and converted to rooftop deck. <br /> • Building height reduced from 44"0" to <35' including rooftop glass safety railing. <br /> • Exterior of building will not be steel or mirrored glass and will be a combination of siding, <br /> stucco, and stone <br /> • Window AC units will not be used. <br /> • The proposed arrangement of parking spaces in the basement garage had to be <br /> modified to incorporate structural columns required by engineering reviews (2023 <br /> Revision). <br /> • The proposed paved drop-off area was modified to connect to the main project driveway <br /> leading to the parking garage (2023 Revision). <br />
