Applicant's Request <br /> (Cont.) <br /> • This new tower will replace the existing 73-foot, 6-inch-tall wood <br /> telecommunication pole, which was constructed in 1997 but is now <br /> structurally deficient to accommodate equipment upgrades. <br /> • While the existing tower consists of one anchor tenant (T-Mobile), the <br /> proposed replacement tower will allow the potential for future co-location <br /> by other carriers. The objective of this project is to provide stronger <br /> wireless infrastructure to serve the surrounding community. <br />
